Nom Nom Nom....New Project!

I've all but abandoned my art-project-a-day project but have stumbled on a brilliant *new* project!

I've jumped on the Pintrest bandwagon and created a board for all the recipes I'll one day cook (ha, ha, yeah right.) My friends and I get together every Monday night for dinner and about 3 hours worth of tv. We usually take turns buying and/or contributing to dinner.

Brilliant idea- use my fancy pinned Pintrest recipes and make everyone dinner on Monday nights! We do dinner anyway and there's typically 4.5 of us = equals perfect cooking opp I would otherwise ignore. And I only have to cook once a week!

Today is the beginning of Nom Nom Monday and I decided to try the spinach and artichoke pasta bake with roasted carrots.

 Of course, I went and accidentally deleted some of the "in progress" photos, but here's the ones I managed to to not delete.

I'm slightly ADD when it comes to cooking. I try to do step 1 while skipping ahead to step 4 in a recipe and it usually results in something being left out, added in at the wrong time and tasting weird. And I have a tendency to burn things. But- consensus says (unless they were lying): Yummy!
